Neo 500 Demo Units Are Coming

This week we hit an important milestone: the first batch of painted body parts for the Neo 500 demo units is complete and ready for assembly.

These demo bikes will form our initial marketing fleet- eight units headed to the U.S., Japan, and Europe for dealer previews, test-ride events, and early media work. Our goal for these is to let people touch, ride, and experience the Neo 500 before the first production run.

All components are painted and finished, using the same process and specification that will be used for production bikes.

Next steps:

  • Final assembly of the eight demo units
  • Quality checks and shakedown rides
  • Crating and shipment to Seattle, Tokyo, and Europe
  • Scheduling dealer and community demo events starting early 2026

We’ll share more as the first finished demo bikes roll off the line. For now — the colors are real, the parts are real, and the Neo 500 is getting very close.
